We ship all in stock product within 2-3 business days upon receipt of the order. During periods of high order volume this may be increased, with handling times ranging 5-7 business days prior to shipment. Please see the chart below for estimated shipping times.

We will not open sealed LPs before shipping as, once opened, they can no longer be sold as new if the product is returned. All of our records are shipped in a sturdy, padded vinyl mailer.

All packages ship from the Netherlands.

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days for a refund less shipping costs.

We do not accept returns of any opened items. With any return of an item, please e-mail us at chippychasers.recordstore@gmail.com to make return arrangements. Please take care when packing the product for return. We regret that we are unable to refund any shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error.

We cannot be held responsible for shipping to any incorrect or incomplete addresses. We are not responsible for any damage made by the delivery company. If an item is damaged by the delivery company, you will need to lodge a claim with them.
