We do not accept returns of any opened items. With any return of an item, please e-mail us at chippychasers.recordstore@gmail.com to make return arrangements. We cannot be held responsible for shipping to any incorrect or incomplete addresses. We are not responsible for any damage made by the delivery company. If an item is damaged by the delivery company, you will need to lodge a claim with them.
